    The venue was set in the central position close to centre of Ipoh. Our room was brand-new and high-class with the jacuzzi and the buffet breakfast offered has variety of dishes. We only stayed 2 nights, yet the staff were eager to help - ticked all the boxes for us.

    I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfortable room and its excellent bathroom space that had both a shower and a tub. The rooftop pool was a refreshing highlight after a day out exploring. The hotel's connection to a shopping mall made it super convenient to grab necessities. It would be great if the front desk had more staff available during busy check-in times.

    Upon entering, the classy decor and inviting perfumed scent set a pleasant tone. The spacious Concept Cozy room was a delight, and access to the lounge. Finding the gym poorly maintained with mosquitoes detracted from the experience, and the unavailability of advertised dim sum at the hotel's restaurant was disappointing. Nevertheless, attentive staff and a prime location near shopping and attractions provided some redeeming qualities.

    The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall, and the infinity pool offers fine sunsets. The rooms were spacious and had modern amenities, and i especially loved the comfy bed. The reception staff were professional and made check-in easy.

    It was just a good match for a couple of nights in Ipoh with good value. The local breakfast was satisfactory. Avoid the dinner here, it's not worth your time.
